Lorraine G. Panek , age 79, (Nee: Kozlowski) at rest January 2, 2021. Beloved wife of Malwin “Mel"  J. Panek for 59 years. Loving mother of Patricia Lesniewski and the late Roxanne Panek and Brenda Davidson. Dear sister-in-law of Mary “Rose”  (Bob) Jaskula, cherished grandmother of Lorraine Oliver Kutsch ( Erik), Jessica and Jacquelyn Davidson and Dakota Smith. She was also a great-grandmother to Lexy Mae and Harli Quinn, an aunt and great-aunt.

Lorraine was a former parishioner at St. Hedwig's Catholic Church in Hegewisch, Illinois where she held the offices of Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and organizer of various activities. She was also in the Auxiliary of the American Legion Post #388 of Hegewisch, and she worked  for 10 years at Venture Store in River Oaks Mall.
