Marcia Garcia (nee Soto) passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She was greeted into heaven by her parents Alex Soto and Clara Soto, and her siblings Laura Soto, Robert Soto and Alexandra Arriola and her nephew Alexander Arriola. Marcia leaves behind her loving husband Lorenzo Garcia, her daughter Nicole, her precious dog Lulu and her brother James Soto, along with her step-children Clara, Rudy, Monica and Robert. She also leaves behind her nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews to cherish her memories. Marcia was employed with the Secretary of State for 24 years. She loved her life and her close family and would do anything to help anyone. She will be sadly missed by those who loved her most.
