Carol S. Kupetis, age 71, of Willowbrook passed away peacefully April 23, 2021.  Carol was born in Chicago on May 10, 1949 to the late Pat Andrews and Demitria Kepouros.

Carol was a loving, passionate person who was blessed with artistic talent which allowed her creativity to shine in all her life’s work as a hairdresser, bakery owner and chocolatier.  She had a lucky hand at the slot machines and often won big hands at blackjack and three-card poker.  She enjoyed gardening and planting flowers, bowling with her friends, and spending time cooking and baking treats with her grandchildren.

She is survived by, and was loving Mother of, Thomas (Shelley) Kupetis of Geneva, IL, Michael (Holly) Kupetis of Burr Ridge, IL.  Proud Grandmother of 6 grandchildren; Kevin and Julia Benway, Katrina Kupetis, Ava and Alexa Kupetis and Sophia Mlayess.  Survived by her twin sister Georgeann (the late Keith) Schultz, her half siblings  Keith and Karen Nelson.  Sister-in-law of Dolores (the late Jack) Ryan, Patricia (the late Ronald) Kupetis and Walter (Joann) Kupetis.  Proud Aunt of many nieces and nephews and close friend to many.  Carol was preceded in death by her son Joseph and her former late husband, Thomas A. Kupetis.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Adolf Funeral Home 7000 S. Madison Street, Willowbrook, IL 60527.  

Thursday, April 29, 2021 prayers at the funeral home 9:15 am proceeding to Mass 10:00 am at St. Issac Jogues Church, 306 W. 4th Street, Hinsdale, IL 60521.   

Interment will follow at Mount Emblem Cemetery in Elmhurst, IL.
