Rosa (Ramos) Rosales, devoted wife of Felipe Rosales, and loving sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on July 19, 2021 at Loyola Hospital.

Rosa was born July 17, 1943 to Jesus and Maria Grajeda Ramos in San Pedro Naranjistila Michoacán, Mexico.

Rosa was devoted to God and to her family.  She was an amazing cook and powerful nurturer who had an impact on her entire family. She was a tireless caretaker to her husband of 48 years.  Rosa had a powerful insight and a deep understanding of people she knew and cared for. Rosa instilled values of love for each other and Christ and compassion  for humanity.

Rosa is survived by two brothers and their spouse; Adan Ramos and Rodolfo (Guadalupe) Ramos.  She is also survived by her five children and their spouses; Hilda Ramos; Estela Weber; Juan Manuel  (Karina) Rosales; Juan Felipe (Juana) Rosales; and Jesus (Kristi) Rosales.  She leaves behind twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild and many cherished nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by a cherished son, who died after birth , and her brother, Socorro Ramos, and sister Asuncion Ramos.

Donations will be accepted to restore the church where Rosa was born in San Pedro Michoacán.
