Ferdinand E. Klamik, 77 years of age, at rest November 15, 2021.  Loving husband of Anna.  Dear father of Loretta “Lori” Klamik and Brian (Pondy) Klamik.  Grandfather of Megan Klamik.                                                                                           He was a Licensed Professional Engineer and worked as a development engineer for Western Electric in Cicero of twenty years and as a software developer at Lucent Technologies in Naperville for 15 years.  While at Western Electric he was recognized for his cost reduction of over a million dollars.  Ferd, as his friends and family called him, loved amateur photography and enjoyed opportunities to work as the backup photographer at some weddings and other events.                          

Visitation is Saturday, November 20, 2021, 8:00 am to 10:30 am at Adolf Funeral Home, Ltd., 2921 S. Harlem Ave., Berwyn.  Mass at 11:00 am at St. Mary Church in Riverside.  Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.   The funeral Mass will be live streamed at:    https://youtube/gS01qvku2Uk                

Memorials may be given in honor of Ferdinand to Mercy Home for Boys and Girls in Chicago at: donate.mercyhome.org.    The family of Ferdinand Klamik wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the Loyola doctors and nurses who cared for him and to those relatives and friends that supported him through the final days and weeks.
