Alexandria Courtney Thompson, age 36, passed away on August 31st, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Alex was the beloved wife of Jeffery R. Thompson and the devoted, adoring mother of Smith Rae Thompson, the light of her life. She was the cherished daughter of Steve and Sheri Smith, and a dear sister to Barron, Tanner, Nicole, and Zoe Smith.

Alex’s warmth, kindness, and strength touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She is also lovingly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws who held her close to their hearts.

A Celebration of Life honoring Alex will be held on Saturday, September 6th, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Adolf & Powell Funeral Home, 7000 S. Madison Street, Willowbrook.
