Angeline Prince

Angeline Prince, age 88, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023 at Hinsdale Hospital after a short illness.  Angeline was born in Cicero, Illinois on May 11, 1935 to Frank and Angeline Kubiak. She graduated from Nazareth High School. She was employed at Commonwealth Edison before her marriage. She married James Prince on November 14, 1959. They had four children and resided most of their life in the Cicero-Berwyn area. They moved to Ocala, Florida to enjoy their retirement.  She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and the family dogs. She was a true “snowbird”, spending her summers in Chicago with three of her children and their families and winters in Florida with her oldest daughter and her family. Although she was married to a diehard Cub fan, she was a life-long White Sox fan.

She is survived by her four children, William and Hana Prince, Joseph and Catherine Hildner, Elizabeth Prince, and Jeff and Jeanne Prince, 7 granddaughters, one great grandson and one great grandchild on the way.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James, her sister, Eleanor, and her brother, Frank.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 from 4pm until 8pm at Adolf & Powell Funeral Home, 7000 S Madison St. Willowbrook, IL 60527. 

Family and friends will meet Wednesday, September 27, 2023 for an 11am Funeral Mass at St John of The Cross Catholic Church, 5005 S Wolf Rd, Western Springs, IL 60558. Interment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
