Antonio Iannotta Obituary

Antonio Iannotta, beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away after battling cancer on June 26, 2025, at the age of 77. Born in Italy on March 26, 1948, Antonio brought with him the vibrant spirit of his homeland to Berwyn and Cicero, Illinois, where he built a beautiful life rooted in family, friendship, and music. He remained deeply connected to his roots and returned to visit his hometown in Italy as often as he could—a place that always held a special piece of his heart.

A true people person, Antonio had a magnetic personality that lit up every room he entered. He was the life of every gathering—always ready with a song. With a deep love for singing, especially in Italian, Antonio could often be found serenading family and friends.  His voice—filled with passion, nostalgia, and joy—will echo in our hearts forever.

Antonio spent much of his life in the restaurant industry, where his love for people and hospitality shone brightly.

He is lovingly remembered by his children, Dominic Iannotta and Nina Siano; his cherished grandchildren, Brandino, Gabriela, and Alessio; his daughter-in-law, Paulina Iannotta; and his son-in-law, Steve Siano. He is survived by his two beloved sisters Maria and Carmelina and two brothers Giuseppe and Antimo, along with many adoring nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brother Domenico, whose memory he carried in his heart. Antonio's legacy lives on in the laughter, love, and traditions he passed down to his family.

To know Antonio was to know warmth, music, and an unshakable zest for life. He leaves behind memories filled with laughter, melodies, and a love that continues to surround us.

A visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Adolf & Powell Funeral Home, 2921 South Harlem Avenue, Berwyn, IL 60402.  Family and Friends will meet for a Funeral Mass on Tuesday, July 8th, at 10:00 AM at St. Leonard Catholic Church, 3318 Clarence Avenue, Berwyn, IL 60402.  Interment private.

May he rest in peace, singing with the angels.
