Edward O'Boyle of Lemont passed away on August 18, 2024. He was born in Chicago to James and Crystal O'Boyle. Loving husband of Cynthia. Beloved father of Edward Jr, Kevin(Ula), Christine(Bob) Amling and Michael O'Boyle. Grandpa of Austyn, Olivia, and Gabe. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Brother in law of Dorothy and Janet. Preceded in death by his parents, his brothers James Jr, Richard(Patricia) and Robert. 

Edward was employed by Jewel Food Stores for 40 years. He was a music teacher at Music Loft in Romeoville. 

A visitation will be held on Thursday August 22, 2024 from 3pm until time of remembrance service at 7pm at Adolf Funeral Home, 2921 S Harlem Ave, Berwyn, IL. Family and friends will gather on Friday August 23, 2024  at 9am at the funeral home and proceed to St Leonard Catholic Church, 3318 Clarence Ave, Berwyn, IL 60402 for a 10am funeral mass. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Romeoville.
