Evelyn "Grandma" Swartz, age 90, at rest November 9, 2015 at St. Patrick's Residence in Naperville. Beloved wife of the late Karl Swartz, loving mother of Karen and Heidi (Bill). Devoted grandmother of Scotty, Tague, Quinn and Alex. Dear companion of Pee Wee, Harley and Eli. Evelyn was a great friend to all who knew her, she will be deeply missed. Visitation will be held on Thursday November 12, 2015 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Adolf Funeral Home, Ltd. 7000 S. Madison St. Willowbrook, IL. Prayers 9:15 a.m. Friday November 13th at the funeral home proceeding to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment: Woodlawn Cemetery.
