James P Roti passed away on August 26, 2024. He was born in Chicago to Joseph and Rose Roti on February 10, 1937. He is survived by his loving wife Kathy (nee Pelka). Beloved father of James Roti, Ann(the late Rick) Greco and Julie (Todd) Nelmark. He was preceded in death by his children Jeffrey and Joseph Roti. Dear grandfather of Hannah Nelmark, Jordan Nelmark, Emily(Vishnu) Nelmark Rajendran, William Nelmark, Julie(Sean) Miller, Melissa Greco, Abigail Greco, Alexis Wilson and Erica Roti. Father in law of Joey (Rod) Wilson. Brother of Anne(the late Louis) Trosch and the late Carole Dresmal. Uncle and cousin of many.  Former owner and president of Hild Floor Machine Company. He was a devoted Cubs fan.  A visitation will be held on Friday September 6, 2024 from 4pm to 7pm at Adolf & Powell Funeral Home, 7000 S Madison St, Willowbrook, IL 60527. Family and friends will gather on Saturday September 7, 2024 at the funeral home at 9am then proceed to St Isaac Jogues Church 4th and Clay St, Hinsdale, IL 60521 for a 10am funeral mass. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery 7201 Archer Road, Justice, IL 60458. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Link
