Janet Jackson Cushing, 88 years of age, at rest November 25, 2025.  Wife of the late Henry Kirke Cushing.  Mother of David J. (Audra) and H. Kirke (Meg) Cushing.  Grandmother of Jackson and Lucy.  Private family services and cremation. 

Janet earned her B.S. in biology from Denison University and a masters degree in education from the University of Arizona.  While at Denison University, Janet was a member of the Chi Omega sorority.  Upon graduation, Janet worked as a bacteriologist and later became a teacher.  Janet retired from the Hinsdale-Clarendon Hills School District in 2002.
