Jerry Lee “Bix” Kosinski, 74, of Westmont, Il, passed away on August 18, 2024 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove after a lengthy illness.

He was also a Dixieland fan, he was friends with many past and current musicians,
who went on to nickname him “Bix” in honor of his favorite jazz coronet player from the 1920’s, Bix Beiderbecke.
The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to Richard Blossfield and Joyce Rosenfeld for their friendship and kindness to Jerry over many years and during difficult times.
