Karen Lipinski Obituary

Karen Sampson Lipinski was a caring wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend. On August 6, 2024, she died shortly after being diagnosed with cancer. She battled multiple sclerosis for 37 years.

She is survived by her best friend and husband of 48 years, Ronald Lipinski, her sons Brent Lipinski (Amanda and granddaughter Evelyn), and Bryan Lipinski, her daughters Kathryn Lipinski (Adam Graham) and Kyle Lipinski (Mary Georgevich), her brother John Sampson (Liz) and sister Mary Sampson.

Karen worked for United Airlines as a flight attendant for 30 years until her MS symptoms caused her to retire. She shared her passion for travel and reading with her family and friends.

She will be remembered for her positive outlook despite her MS challenges, her beautiful smile, kindness, and generosity. She was a friend to all she met and had the conversation skills to make everyone feel welcome and at ease.
