 Loving husband of Sandra, devoted father of Leonel Jr., Robert and Leah.  Dear son of Serafin Gallegos and the late Teresa.

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Leonel Gallegos, a loving husband, devoted father, and dear son, who left us on October 12, 2025. Leo was the beloved husband of Sandra Gallegos. The proud father of Leonel Jr., Robert, and Leah, whom he adored more than anything.

Leo was known for his goofy and playful spirit and an unforgettable sense of humor that could either make you laugh until you cried—or just cry lol. His stubborn streak was matched only by the size of his heart, especially when it came to his children. There was nothing he wouldn’t do for them.

A lifelong sports enthusiast, Leo could often be found on the court playing basketball, on the field coaching Robert’s baseball team, or glued to the screen during a football game—no matter the occasion. He took his fantasy football league very seriously and loved the competition it brought each season.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
