Linda Felicia Hurney (nee Terone) of Hinsdale passed away on March 9, 2026.  Linda was born on December 11, 1947, in Chicago to the late Dr. Henry and Ann Terone. 

Linda graduated from Marquette University and worked as a Physical Therapist for 35 years.  She was best known for her radiant smile that could light up a room, her strong Catholic faith, and unwavering strength and conviction in the importance of living with integrity.  Her legacy will live forever in the hearts of all she touched, and those she held close to her heart.  

Linda was the loving mother of Anne Marie Hurney (Christopher) and Patricia Lynn Hoffmann.  She was the fond grandmother of Amelia Rose and Henry Edward Hoffmann. She is preceded in death by her loving sister, Patricia Ann Terone and the late Michael Edward Hurney, former husband and father. 

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 24 from 3PM to 7PM at Adolf and Powell Funeral Home, 7000 S. Madison St.  Willowbrook, IL 60527.  Family and friends will meet on Wednesday, March 25 at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, 4th and Clay St. Hinsdale, IL for a 10:30AM funeral mass.
