Lynn Weekley Obituary
Our beloved Lynn Weekley passed on to the next life on November 26, 2024. We remember Lynn in our hearts and our minds as the consummate and passionate professional, with the highest level of devotion and compassion, empathetic attention to human conditions in others. Lynn possessed an eternal heart of gold for everyone around her, a great ability to make people laugh, smile, and find humor in this life.
Lynn grew up in Oak Brook and attended Hinsdale Central High School and graduated 8th in her class in 1983. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in business in 1987 from University of Illinois. Upon graduating college, she started in sales and quickly moved to Chicago where she was known as the Queen of the West Loop for real estate sales. Her career spanned over a quarter of a century. She handled over 800 transactions with a volume of more than 350 million. Her accolades ranged from being a top producer for The Chicago Association of Realtors for more than 18 years to being in the top 50 & top 100 agents at @properties numerous times. Lynn’s reputation as a Chicago realtor will always proceed her as she will remain a posthumous pillar of significance particularly in the re-development and growth of the West Loop in Chicago.
Lynn is the loving daughter of Jean S. Weekley and the late William J. Weekley. Fond sister of Lisa (Jay) Keller.
