Martha Covarrubias passed away on January 12, 2024 at McNeal Hospital. A visitation will be held on Wednesday January 17, 2024 from 3pm to 8pm at Adolf Funeral Home, 2921 S Harlem Ave, Berwyn. Family and friends will meet on Thursday January 18, 2024 for a 10am funeral service at Good Shepherd Church, 2735 S Kolin Ave, Chicago, IL 60623. Burial at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1400 S. Wolf Road, Hillside, IL  60162

Beloved wife of the late Carlos Covarrubias. Dear mother of Carlos (Maricela), the late Martha (Jesse) Covarrubias, Alejandro (Maria de Jesus), Patricia (Nicolas)Covarrubias and late Araceli (the late Octaviano) Molina.  Devoted grandmother of Alejandro, Monica (the late Manuel), Octavio (Gisele), Ariadna (Joseph), Carlos Alberto , Pamela (Joseph), Roxanne (Adam), Alex, Giselle, and Karla.  Great-grandmother of Alejandra, Manuel, Olivia, Alexa Michelle, Carlos, Alexander, Yara, and Maya.   Sister of Eloisa (late) Flores and Maricela Ahumada.

Martha enjoyed reading, knitting, sewing, traveling and cleaning.
