Mary R. (Durschmid) Maskill

Mary Maskill, 92 years of age, of Riverside. Beloved wife of the late Howard Maskill for 65 years.  Loving mother of Margaret (Eric) Amlie, Daniel (Terry), Diane, and the late David and Thomas Maskill. Wonderful grandmother of Christine Maskill, Howard (Alex) Maskill, and Elizabeth “Becky” (Mike) Maloney. Special great-grandmother to Mason, Mackenzie, Finley, Shea, Declan and Nathaniel.  Dear sister to Josephine (John) Mullane. Predeceased by brothers Frank and Michael (June) Durschmid. Fond aunt and friend to many.  Visitation is Monday, July 15, 2024, 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Adolf- Powell Funeral Home, 2921 S. Harlem Ave., Berwyn.   Funeral is Tuesday, July 16, 2024, with a visitation in the funeral home at 8:30 am and then to St. Mary Church for a 9:30 am Mass.  Interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to:  Funerals - St. Paul VI Parish (stpaulviparish.org) and credited to the Mother of Mothers Shrine in Mary’s name.
