Meghan Martha Rafferty, 32, of Western Springs, Illinois, passed away surrounded by love. Meghan was known for her warm heart, quick wit, and deep loyalty to family and friends. From grade school at St. Isaac Jogues to her time high school at Lyons Township followed by her attendance at the University of Kentucky, president of Alpha Phi sorority (Go Wildcats) Meghan brought creativity and compassion into everything she did, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her. Meghan cherished time spent with loved ones and had a special ability to make people feel seen and valued. Remembrance will be held 10am-12pm Friday, December 26 at Adolf& Powell Funeral Home, 7000 S Madison St Willowbrook, IL 60527. She is lovingly remembered by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched. Meghan’s spirit, kindness, and laughter will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
