Mercy Grace Lubrin Consignado, age 82, was born October 9, 1943 in the Philippines and passed away on June 5, 2026 at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook in Illinois several months after being diagnosed with leukemia. A dedicated registered nurse for 48 years and devoted mother and grandmother, she is survived by husband of 55 years, Rolando Consignado; son, Ronald Consignado; grandchildren Jordyn and Logan Consignado and Curtis and Nicholas Richardson; and younger siblings, Benedict Lubrin, Stephen (Lou Ella) Lubrin, Joseph Lubrin, Noel Lubrin, John (Ceprilyn) Lubrin, and Jacqueline (Michael) Garcia. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rochelle (Damon) Richardson; younger siblings, Eliseo (Lydia) Lubrin, William (Hilda) Lubrin, and Abraham Lubrin; and parents, Florentino and Evangeline Lubrin.

She is lovingly remembered by all her family and extended family, church family, coworkers, and friends as strong, feisty, and with a sense of leadership. She loved deeply and is truly loved. Rest in peace, Grace till we all meet again.

A Celebration of Life/Memorial Service followed by a reception will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2026 @ 11:00am at the Hinsdale Fil-Am SDA Church, 9 E 59th St, Hinsdale, IL 60521.
