Patricia Hillebold

Affectionately known as Cupcake, GiGi, Grandma Pattie, Grandma “No No”, Patsy Pure, Ms. Perfect Crochet, and Big Deal O'Neill.

Patricia Hillebold, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on October 2, 2024. Her life was filled with love, laughter, and a strong spirit that brought joy to everyone who knew her. Survived by her sister Mary McKenna-Barbier. She was a devoted mother to eight children, the late Gavan Hillebold and the late Colette Hillebold, Katie (Joe) Enzbigilis, Maribeth Newell, Eileen Keeler, Charlie (Angela) Hillebold, Tim Hillebold, and Matt (Steffani) Hillebold.

A proud, loving grandmother of twelve, Patti (Nick) Janik, Annie (John) Diver, the late Kalyn Keeler, Blake, Drew (Cate) and Britta Hillebold, Ashley and Emily Hillebold, Alex and Nick Newell, and Jaxon and Evelyn Hillebold. She was also a loving great-grandmother to five: Sammy Janik, Jimmy Diver, Bryson Jackson, Sophia Keeler, and Carter Hillebold.

Patricia's vibrant personality, quick wit, and Irish sense of humor left a lasting impression on all who knew her. Whether she was sharing stories or offering words of wisdom, often reminding her family to "Mind your P's and Q's, and stay away from the crumb bums," she always found a way to make others smile.

An avid golfer, Patricia achieved a lifelong dream when she scored a hole-in-one at Timber Trails Golf Course on hole 4 —a moment she was immensely proud of and loved to share with others.

She also enjoyed playing cards, board games, and bocce ball with her friends and family.  She was a candy connoisseur.  Fannie Mae and Milky Way were two of her dearest friends and they often dined together.

  A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held at Adolf & Powell Funeral Home, 7000 S. Madison St, Willowbrook, IL on Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friends and family are invited to join in remembering her legacy of love, humor, and joy.

She will be deeply missed but never forgotten by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
