Paulette Anne Geiersbach, 73, of Willowbrook, Illinois, passed away on June 14, 2026. Known lovingly as "Paulie" to those closest to her, she was a woman of warmth, generosity, and quiet devotion who touched the lives of all who knew her.

Paulette was born on February 21, 1953, in Oak Park, Illinois, to the late Robert and Katherine Kupina. She grew up in Stickney and graduated from Morton High School, where she built friendships that would last a lifetime. Notably, she went on to enjoy a fulfilling career as a merchandiser for the Gold Toe Knitting Company, where she was known for her dedication and professionalism.

In 1997, Paulette married Al Geiersbach, and the two built a loving life together in the western suburbs of Chicago. She cherished time spent with her extended family and had a gift for making every gathering feel special. Paulette had a passion for decorating, reading, and, perhaps most memorably, baking Christmas cookies, a beloved tradition that brought joy to family and friends each holiday season.

An active member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Hinsdale, Illinois, Paulette found comfort in her faith and in the fellowship of her church community. Her spirit and kind heart reflected the values she held dear.

Paulette is survived by her devoted husband, Al Geiersbach; her brother, Robert Kupina; and her sister, Kathy Dwyer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Katherine Kupina.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Hinsdale, Illinois. A Celebration of Life will follow at Ruth Lake Country Club from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.
