Robert V. Boharic, age 79, USMC Veteran, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at home on January 12, 2025. Loving husband of Kathleen Joan Boharic (nee: Kane) for 53 years, Devoted father of Robert John (Bobby) (10/31/79-11/27/82), Marie Grace (Timothy) Schwarzenberger, Margaret Clare, Rev. Thomas Joseph, and John Charles, II ( Jaclyn Hise). Cherished grandfather of Joanie, Jimmy, Clare, Grace, Catherine, Mae, and Edith. Dear brother of James O'Hara (deceased), William O'Hara, and Patricia O'Hara. Robert was also preceded in death by his parents John Charles & Marie (Leben) and his birthmother Mary (Jukic) O’Hara. Retired Cook County Judge and Deacon for the Archdiocese of Chicago. Visitation Friday January 17th from 4 to 9 pm at St. Mary Catholic Church, 126 Herrick Road, Riverside. Saturday January 18th, Visitation at Church from 9 am until time of Mass 11:00 am. Interment: St. Mary Cemetery, Evergreen Park.
